Welding
In our factory, we have three robotic welding cells designed for products of various sizes. With these cells, we can weld a wide range of products. Welding done in-house significantly speeds up the product’s further processing and provides a cost advantage by eliminating transportation costs. We program the robots ourselves and design and manufacture the jigs in-house. This also accelerates the production and throughput process.
The largest welding cell is a portal robotic welding cell that can weld everything from small to very large components. The maximum dimensions for rotatable components are 3×9 meters and 5000 kg. The other two robotic welding cells are designed for medium and small components.
All three welding cells have two welding stations. While the robot is welding one component, the next one is manually positioned, ready for welding. Continuous and automated welding accelerates the work and reduces lead times. The robot ensures consistent heat input and welding quality.
Additionally, we have excellent manual welding capacity with skilled welders. We are experienced in welding complex structures and can efficiently produce products ranging from single pieces to small series. Our welding quality management system is certified to ISO 3834-2.
Our subsidiary, Ratesteel, offers highly automated and robotic welding capacity in ArcTig and Mag welding cells.
