Plasma and Oxygen Cutting
Plasma and oxygen cutting is a quick and effective method of machining thick materials. Our machine can also achieve mitre cuts. The maximum mitre is 45 degrees.
Mitre cutting reduces the need for machining prior to welding and consequently brings down the total cost of the components. In mitre cutting with plasma and oxygen machines, the maximum cutting area of the plate is 4,200 x 16,000 mm and the maximum depth of cut is 200 mm.
We stock an extensive range of materials, especially various types of hard structural steel and thick wear plates. Cut parts mainly move on to subsequent processing stages such as bending, machining, or welding.
