Mag-welded assembly-ready components for work machines and equipment
Our Mag robotic welding system consists of five different, highly developed FMS production cells. These production environments are suitable for manufacturing products of various shapes and sizes in a fully automated and robotic manner. The products we manufacture are used in various work machines and process industry equipment. The cells can weld a range of products, from small rollers to large frames.
In the FMS production cells, robots handle material processing throughout the welding process. We can also use the DIM method in product manufacturing. The optimization of the production cells for specific types of components reduces production stages, speeds up component manufacturing, and makes production cost-effective. The visual quality of the robot-welded product is consistent.
If needed, welded products are wet painted in our own factory. Additionally, we have an extensive network of partners through whom we can provide high-quality machining (linkki), coating, or heat treatment according to customer requirements. After surface treatment, we assemble and pre-equip the products and deliver them directly to the customer’s assembly line.
