Surface Treatment
Our production includes an in-house finishing line that removes flash from the product, brushes the edges to create rounded corners, and performs final grinding. Additionally, we have a shot blasting line that removes any impurities or oxide layers. Careful finishing ensures the best possible surface for the final surface treatment.
Painting and other surface treatments are handled by a specialized subcontracting network. We select the most suitable surface treatment provider based on the product’s requirements.
The expertise and high-quality standards of our partners ensure a durable and compliant final coating for the products. Furthermore, we assemble and pre-equip products according to customer specifications after painting.
Our subsidiary, Ratesteel, has a wet paint shop that is suitable for painting even large products. Ratesteel also offers assembly and pre-assembly services, ensuring that products are delivered directly to the customer’s assembly line.
