Bending
Bending requires craftsmanship, precision and care. The machinist performing it also has to be able to interpret the drawings and decide the best way and sequence to carry out the bending. We perform bending using press brakes, plate rolling, and edge rolling machines. The lengths of our press brakes range from one meter to eight meters, with bending forces up to 1200 tons. We have skilled personnel, excellent machines, tools, and measuring instruments, including 3D measuring devices.
We are ready to accept challenges. We can tell you what is possible for bending already at the quotation stage. When dealing with challenging components, we are able to suggest a change of measurements to the designer if it ensures that the bending will be successful this way. This will bring you savings if the unit can be manufactured in one piece without extra joints.
